Chariot sells four retail parks in highest volume retail transaction in Polish market

Chariot Top Group, a company managed by Griffin Real Estate, has sold four retail parks in Poland, completing the third and final tranche of retail assets acquired by EPP.

It is the biggest retail transaction in the Polish real estate market in terms of volume since beginning of the pandemic. The deal is the final of the three tranches that Chariot Top Group BV sold to EPP.  The third tranche comprises four retail parks with excellent locations in Olsztyn, Opole, Kielce and Tychy, with gross asset value of €106 million ($126 million) and 110,000 square meters (1.2 million square feet) of gross leasable area.
