CenterSquare Investment Management announced that they have acquired a 45,996-square-foot portfolio of six essential service retail (ESR) properties in North Carolina (Fayetteville and Salisbury), Florida (Vero Beach, Fort Myers and Fort Lauderdale) and Illinois (Noblesville). All but one of the properties are anchored by a Starbucks drive-through location.
The portfolio is 84 percent occupied by a diverse set of national tenants.
