Cbus Property will partner with local Brisbane, Australia, developer Nielson Properties to deliver a A$600 million ($420 million) riverfront property located at 205 North Quay and adjacent to 30 Herschel St. in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
The partners will combine the two properties to total 3,000 square meters (32,000 square feet).
This is Cbus Property’s second commercial office project in Brisbane’s CBD.
The tower is expected to be completed by 2023.
