CBRE has promoted John Morris to group president of leasing for its U.S. and Canada advisory business and Chris Zubel to executive managing director of industrial and logistics, strengthening the leadership of its Americas leasing platform.
Morris, who has led CBRE’s Americas industrial and logistics business since 2019, now also leads CBRE’s leasing in the office, retail, life sciences and healthcare sectors. Zubel, a 23-year CBRE veteran, previously led investor leasing within CBRE’s industrial and logistics division and, separately, oversaw CBRE’s Midwest operations in the United States.
