CBRE has appointed François-Régis de Causans as head of industrial & logistics (I&L) investment properties in France. He will succeed François Le Levier, who was appointed managing director I&L in April.
Based in London for the past six years, de Causans benefits from an I&L investment properties experience across EMEA. As head of investment properties I&L, he will be based in Paris and will lead a team of 12 people. He will be in charge of further developing the department in France, while keeping his European transactional role.
