CBRE Investment Management welcomes Alexandra Hayate as senior director of client solutions

Alexandra Hayate has joined CBRE Investment Management as senior director, client solutions, with coverage of France, Israel, Spain and Portugal.

In this role she will have responsibility for working with existing and prospective investors in these markets to deliver insights and investment solutions across direct and indirect real estate and infrastructure, as well as listed real assets.

Hayate, who recently joined CBRE Investment Management, will be based in London.

Before joining CBRE Investment Management, Hayate spent seven years at Brookfield Asset Management in London as a vice president in the private funds group on the fundraising/investor relations team. At Brookfield, Hayate served as the client-relationship manager focused on the French, Israeli and Italian institutional markets covering Brookfield’s private real assets fund initiatives. She also sourced new relationships in those three countries.
