CBRE Investment Management sells Swedish retail assets to NIAM

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), on behalf of a European shopping center strategy, has sold two Swedish retail assets to real estate investment firm NIAM.

Port 73, a 35,000-square-meter (376,736-square-foot) hybrid shopping center and retail park in Haninge, southeast of Stockholm, and Gallerian Nian, a 22,000-square-meter (236,806-square-foot) urban shopping center in Gävle, a city 170 kilometers (106 miles) north of Stockholm, are included in the deal.

Port 73 has two supermarkets, a DIY and garden center, as well as entertainment, food-and-beverage and fashion space. Gallerian Nian is located in Gävle’s city center, and ranges over four floors, offering a cinema, fashion space, about 4,000 square meters (43,056 square feet) of offices, and 700 covered parking spaces.
