CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), on behalf of a fund sponsored by the firm, has acquired a portfolio of eight logistics assets strategically located across Italy’s five largest logistics corridors, representing a significant step in expanding CBRE IM’s European logistics platform.
The portfolio totals approximately 327,000 square meters (3.5 million square feet) of gross leasable area. All eight assets were disposed of by different real estate funds, managed by primary Italian GPs and underwritten by Techbau and BGO. All the assets are strategically distributed across four of Italy’s most established logistics submarkets: three assets in the Bologna market, three in the Rome area, one in the Milan market and one in Verona.
Each location benefits from direct access to Italy’s primary motorway network, with strong connectivity to the A1 Milan–Naples corridor, the A14 Adriatic motorway and the A22 Brenner corridor, positioning the portfolio to serve both na
