Laura Dunn has joined CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) as head of the commercial operator division for Americas direct real estate. In this role, she will be responsible for the transactions and asset management teams covering retail, office, life science, self-storage and medical office across the United States.
Dunn, who has 20 years of industry experience, joins from Spear Street Capital, where she most recently served as managing director.
Colin Rosenbaum has been promoted to head of Americas direct commercial transactions. In this newly created role, he will lead commercial investment activity across the United States for the firm’s core, enhanced return and separate account strategies. Rosenbaum joined CBRE IM in 2022 as a senior director for commercial acquisitions. Before CBRE IM, Rosenbaum held leadership roles at Regent Properties and Parkway Properties, and brings 18 years of experience in institutional real estate investment management and development
