CBRE Investment Management announces leadership appointments for flagship strategies

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has made appointments in its lead portfolio management roles for two of its largest flagship open-end strategies.

Elisabeth Troni has been appointed as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s U.S. core real estate strategy. She joined CBRE IM in 2019 and previously served as global portfolio strategist. Troni is based in New York.

Lucy Fletcher has joined CBRE IM as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s global open-end core-plus strategy, succeeding Troni in this role. Fletcher is based in Boston. She previously spent seven years at QuadReal Property Group in Canada, most recently as global head of portfolio management.
