Jonathan San Antonio has joined CBRE Investment Management as senior director for the company’s U.S. closed-end enhanced return series. In his role with the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. fund series, San Antonio will help formulate and implement each fund’s strategy and drive investment performance, with responsibilities in portfolio management, capital deployment, asset management, financing, dispositions and capital raising.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, San Antonio was vice president at Ares Management, where he focused on executing equity investments across property sectors for opportunistic, value-added and core-plus fund vehicles. He also previously held private equity and investment banking roles at Rockwood Capital, CIM Group and Credit Suisse.
