CBRE IM strengthens EMEA team with new manager in France

CBRE Investment Management has appointed Yann L’Hostillier as residential transaction manager in France. Based in Paris, L’Hostillier will focus on sourcing residential deals and building out CBRE IM’s residential presence in the European country.

L’Hostillier brings 15 years of residential experience to the role at CBRE IM. He began working in the social housing sector and has been an investment manager at SOFIDY (Tikehau Capital Group) since 2016.

CBRE IM recently expanded its EMEA transaction team through the strategic hire of Jan-Willem Bastijn as h
