CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of NN Group, has acquired a planned 100-home rental development in Amsterdam from You’RE Development.
Located on Naritaweg, on the former Klimhal Amsterdam site and within walking distance of Amsterdam Sloterdijk railway station, the scheme will provide a mix of rental housing alongside commercial space designed to support both living and working in the city.
The development comprises 94 midmarket rental homes averaging approximately 646 square feet, five private-sector rental homes averaging approximately 1,001 square feet and one social rental home. On the ground floor, there will be nine commercial units starting at approximately 323 square feet, intended for small businesses, as well as a larger hospitality unit of approximately 1,991 square feet.
