Richard Price and Michael Clarke have joined Accord as senior advisers to help further develop the business and expand the firm’s growing portfolio of relationships within Asia Pacific and EMEA, respectively.
Price, who has more than 25 years of real estate experience, was previously CEO of CBRE Global Investors Asia Pacific. Prior to joining CBRE, Price was CEO Asia of ING Real Estate Investment Management, a firm sold to CBRE in 2011. He has also held management positions at ING Clarion in New York and started his career at Brooke Hillier Parker in Hong Kong and Beijing. Price is a trustee, foundation governor and former member of the global board of directors for the Urban Land Institute, as well as a former board member of Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate and ANREV.
