CBRE Global Investors makes new hires

CBRE Global Investors has appointed Eric Decouvelaere to take on the role of head of retail EMEA. Decouvelaere joins from McArthurGlen, where he served as COO, delivering assets strategies and accelerating organic growth.

At CBRE Global Investors, Decouvelaere will be responsible for the €15.2 billion ($17 billion) retail platform in EMEA, focusing on delivering outstanding performance for the portfolio of shopping centers, high street and retail parks across EMEA, by fine tuning retail investment strategies in a changing market environment and overseeing the retail asset management teams on the ground.
