CBRE Global Investors buys portfolio of Amsterdam homes
CBRE Global Investors has acquired 1,400 Amsterdam homes from an Orange Capital Partners partnership with, among others, Silverfern Group and a U.S. pension fund, according to local Dutch media outlets.
The sales price is estimated to be more than €400 million ($456 million).
The portfolio includes Changes Nieuw West, the Mambo portfolio, the Dudokhaken, the residential towers at the Waterlandplein in Noord and the Delflandplein complex.
Orange Capital Partners is an Amsterdam investment company with a portfolio of €1 billion ($tk billion). The investment company owns more than 3,000 homes, of which more than 90 percent are located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht.
