CBRE has appointed Luke Moffat as regional managing director, head of advisory & transaction services, Asia Pacific.
Moffat succeeds Manish Kashyap, who has taken on a senior leadership role in the company as global president, advisory & transaction services.
As head of CBRE’s A&T business in the region, Moffat will oversee a team of more than 2,000 professionals across 15 markets and commercial real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial and logistics, supply chain, data centers, workplace strategy, and consulting.
Moffat was most recently CBRE’s regional managing director, Eastern China, and head of advisory & transaction services, Greater China, and will be relocating from Shanghai to Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a
