CBRE has appointed Miles Auger as head of hotels, U.K.
Auger was previously head of hotel valuations, U.K., at CBRE and was responsible for leading, undertaking and coordinating hotel valuation projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, 13 of which have been with CBRE, focused solely on the hotels market.
In his new role, Auger will be responsible for driving performance and delivering CBRE’s hotel sector strategy in the United Kingdom across all business lines, including valuations, advisory and capital markets.
Tom Holt-Wilson will replace Auger as head of hotel valuations, U.K. Holt-Wilson has been a senior director with the business since June 2020.
