CBRE has hired Meghann Martindale as its next global head of retail research.
In this role, Martindale will conduct research on the retail sector and analyze its ongoing evolution into a consumer-directed, omnichannel marketplace.
Martindale returns to CBRE, after working as a leasing and sales associate for the firm in San Francisco from 2001 to 2006. She has worked in various leasing roles for Simon Property Group in New York, Related Urban in Los Angeles and Terranomics Retail Services in San Rafael, Calif.
