CBRE appoints Alan Li as president of China

CBRE has appointed Alan Li as president, CBRE China, effective immediately.

Li will be responsible for CBRE’s advisory services across business lines in China, including advisory and transaction services, capital markets, asset services, and valuation and advisory services.

To the newly created role, Li brings approximately 18 years of professional experience in the China commercial real estate industry. He joined CBRE in 2015 and since this time has served as managing director of capital markets for Greater China.

Li is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a registered real estate broker. He is also a member of All-China Youth Federation and the standing committee of Shanghai Youth Federation, and vice president of Shanghai Foreign-Invested Enterprises Youth Talent Association. He holds an MBA from Fudan University.
