3V Infrastructure, an electric vehicle (EV)-charging infrastructure investor, owner and operator backed by an affiliate of Greenbacker Capital Management, has partnered with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
CBRE will utilize its extensive network of commercial property owners to help match 3V with multifamily properties looking to provide residents with a reliable EV-charging amenity. The firm will oversee the installation process, and 3V will finance, own, operate and install additional charging as demand increases.
The partnership will leverage 3V Infrastructure’s differentiated approach, which offers multifamily property owners a no-cost solution requiring no capital or operating expenditure for providing EV-charging amenities across their portfolios.
