Carmel Partners has launched its Carmel Partners Investment Fund VIII, according to IREI.Q, Institutional Real Estate Inc.’s fund database.
The fund’s predecessor, Carmel Partners Investment Fund VII, closed in 2018 with $1.28 billion in capital. Carmel is a San Francisco–based real estate investment manager that focuses exclusively on multifamily investments, including development, renovation and debt in relatively supply-constrained, high barrier-to-entry U.S. markets including the metro areas of the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, New York, Seattle, Denver, Washington, D.C., and Honolulu.
