Carlyle Europe Realty Fund II collects more than €250m

A recent filing with the SEC shows that Carlyle Europe Realty Fund II, an opportunistic real estate fund managed by The Carlyle Group, has secured more than €250.68 million ($250.08 million) of equity commitments. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.

The fund opened to investors in July 2021. It will invest in hotel, logistics, multifamily, retail, and student housing assets in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
