Capital Bay increases presence in the Asia-Pacific region

Owner-managed Capital Bay Group (CB), an internationally integrated asset manager, investment-fund manager and cross-sector real estate developer, is strengthening its business activities in the Asia-Pacific region by appointing Hongfei Chen to director business development Asia.

Chen began her career in real estate research at CBRE (Beijing-Boston) and Moody's (New York), among others, and has a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
