Bengaluru-headquartered RMZ Corp has struck a deal to sell 12.5 million square feet of office and co-working assets across its portfolio in India to Canadian investor Brookfield Asset Management for $2 billion.
The Indian firm said it will have zero debt after the transaction and will use the money to expand its portfolio from 67 million square feet to 85 million square feet during the next six years.
