Cambridge RE Partners secures $28m mezzanine financing from Muzinich, Orion3

Cambridge RE Partners has closed on A$40 million ($28 million) in mezzanine financing from Tyersall Real Assets Private Debt, a strategy jointly managed by Muzinich & Co. and Orion3 Group.

The capital will be deployed through the Cambridge Social Infrastructure Fund, the firm’s core vehicle targeting stabilized, education-focused real assets across Australia.

The transaction reflects continued investor appetite for social infrastructure assets, which are increasingly viewed as offering stable income alongside measurable community impact.
