Camber Dev., Dacon Corp. break ground on 238,000sf fully electric industrial distribution facility

Camber Development and Dacon Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of a 238,000-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility at 800 Salem St. in Wilmington, Mass.

Located less than one mile from Interstate 93, this precast panel, flexible warehouse and distribution space has 36-foot clear heights, the capacity for 47 loading docks, 32 EV-charging stations and a solar-ready roof.

Located 20 minutes from Boston, it has easy access to I-93, State Route 128 and the Boston metro population, as well as easy access to I-495 north.
