Callahan Capital Partners has hired Christine Torres as senior vice president, leasing and markets. Torres was previously at the retail division of Brookfield Properties (now GGP), where she led office leasing nationally at Brookfield’s mall portfolio and drove occupancy performance across multiple markets.
Torres brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience with a background spanning both landlord and tenant representation.
At Callahan, Torres will oversee leasing strategy across the firm’s office portfolio, which includes 110 N. Wacker in Chicago and 101 Mission in San Francisco. Torres will lead market coverage efforts across the 14 markets the firm tracks nationally.
