The Contra Costa County (Calif.) Employees' Retirement Association (CCCERA) has committed $100 million to Invesco Real Estate U.S. Fund VI, a vehicle managed by Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate.
This is the successor fund to a value-added real estate series of funds that CCCERA has participated in for more than a decade, according to a recent document from the pension fund.
Fund VI opened to investors in November 2020, and is targeting $1.3 billion, according to CCCERA. The fund will invest across the United States in industrial, multifamily, office, retail, self-storage and data center assets.
