Caleus partners with GIC to invest in Berlin offices

Berlin-based investment manager Caleus Capital Investors has created a partnership with GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.

The joint investment vehicle, Caleus Capital Partners GmbH & Co. KG, will invest in real estate where sustainable value enhancement can be achieved through active asset management or a repositioning of the asset.The investment focus is on the Berlin office market.
