Cain International has raised $150 million for its international European real estate opportunity fund, according to a document filed with the SEC on Sept. 6.
The limited partnership fund, which requires a minimum investment of $11 million, hit its fundraising target, according to the Form D. It was backed by one investor.
Cain International is a privately held real estate investment firm, operating in Europe and the United States. Since 2014, the firm has invested $3.7 billion in real estate debt and equity.
