Jimmy Hwang has joined CA Ventures as executive vice president of investments. He will oversee investment management activities across the firm’s medical office and life sciences division, industrial division and residential division.
Previously, he was a director and a vice president of real estate capital advisory at Evercore.
CA Ventures also appointed Jesse Ostrow to senior vice president of investments. Ostrow is responsible for shaping and implementing the firm’s medical office investment activities, including managing acquisition, financing and sale transactions.
Previously, he was managing principal at Springmill Real Estate Investment & Advisory, and a managing principal at Heartland Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining CA Ventures, Ostrow was CIO at MedProperties Group, a medical real estate investment, development and operating platform.
