CA Ventures expands presence in BTR sector with appointment of Niall Malone

CA Ventures has appointed Niall Malone as senior vice president to spearhead CA’s European multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) business.

“Our expansion into the BTR space is a natural next step for CA Europe following the profound success we’ve seen for our PBSA products, which continue to demonstrate strong leasing patterns in their respective markets,” said Carlo Matta, president and head of Europe for CA Ventures. “Niall’s appointment enables us to extend that success across the broader BTR market while fulfilling market demand for premium rentals and corresponding investor appetite.”
