Bryan Russell has been appointed as director of acquisitions at Sagard Real Estate, where he will be leading acquisition efforts across the Southwest, with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and retail investment opportunities in Southern California and Phoenix.
Russell brings more than a decade of experience across real estate private equity, institutional real estate, and banking. Most recently, he was a director at TA Realty, managing a portfolio of assets across multiple product types. Before that, he was a partner at Pendulum Property Partners, overseeing the Orange County and San Diego regions, where he led the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of all investments within the two regions. Before that, he served as an assistant vice president with Comerica Bank’s real estate finance group in Los Angeles, where he originated bridge and construction debt for commercial real estate projects throughout Southern California in each of the primary asset classes.
