David Werner Real Estate Investments has agreed to pay $302 million for a portfolio of 68 apartment buildings in Brooklyn, N.Y., reported Commercial Observer. The Brooklyn firm is paying $176.6 million for 45 buildings, in a deal scheduled to close this month, and $125.8 million for 23 buildings, in a deal that is expected to close in November.
The properties include multifamily buildings concentrated in the neighborhoods of Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights.
