Brookfield Properties has concluded a new strategic deal with Manifesto Market to join the pedestrian-friendly and redesigned Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.
Manifesto will operate the flagship food hub of 4,400 square meters (47,361 square feet). Manifesto Berlin will have consist of 25 restaurants, convenience grocery, two bars, a chef's table and a cultural stage. The company, founded in mid-2018, will operate its own bar under the brand Soot.
