Brookfield-owned Selenta sells Spanish hotel for €430m

Selenta Group, owned by a Brookfield Asset Management fund, has finalized terms for the disposal of the Mare Nostrum Resort to the Spring Hotels chain for €430 million ($507 million).

In less than two years, the holiday complex has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, rebranding and revenue optimization.
