Brookfield Property Partners is seeking $1.5 billion for six apartment properties with 3,962 units in Manhattan, reported The Real Deal.
The company has hired Cushman & Wakefield to market the properties, which could be sold separately or as a portfolio.
The properties are: 3333 Broadway near Columbia University; The Heritage at 1295 Fifth Ave.; The Miles at 1990 Lexington Ave. and The Parker at 1890 Lexington Ave. in East Harlem; River Crossing at 1940 First Ave. on the Upper East Side; and Roosevelt Landings at 552 Main St. on Roosevelt Island.
Brookfield acquired a majority stake in the properties in 2014 from Urban American Management.
