Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has plans to raise a $522 million in an Indian initial public offering.
It will take investor orders from Feb. 3 to Feb. 5 before a listing scheduled for Feb. 17. This is the first REIT in Asia for Brookfield.
Two other office trusts for India include Embassy Office Parks REIT and Mindspace Business Parks REIT, both sponsored by Blackstone Group.
