The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, owned by a Brookfield Asset Management-sponsored private real estate fund, has signed a management agreement for two properties — The Leela Kovalam (pictured above), a Raviz Hotel, and The Leela Ashtamudi, a Raviz Hotel in Kerala — expanding its footprint in South India and fortifying the brand's resort portfolio.
