Brookfield has acquired a new multiunit logistics development within the Nepean Business Park in Penrith, Western Sydney.
Upon completion, Cornerstone Logistics Estate will comprise approximately 47,000 square meters (approximately 506,003 square feet) of premium logistics space across 13 high-specification warehouse units, designed to accommodate a broad range of occupiers in one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics markets.
The estate is well positioned for the Sydney motorway network, providing strong connectivity across metropolitan Sydney and to the new Western Sydney International Airport.
