Bridge Investment Group raises capital for multiple funds

Bridge Investment Group, a privately held real estate investment and property management firm, has raised capital for three real estate funds, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

The first fundraise was for Bridge Investment’s multifamily fund, Bridge Multifamily Fund IV. The firm has raised $92.3 million for the fund. It is a closed-end fund that will invest in multifamily assets throughout the United States. The fund is seeking to raise $1 billion in total equity commitments.

The second fundraise was for the firm’s affordable housing fund, Bridge Workforce and Affordable Housing Fund. The value-added real estate fund has raised $180 million.

The third fundraise was for an office-focused fund, Bridge Office Fund. The fund has now raised $235 million. The value-added fund will invest in U.S. office properties in prime suburban markets. Bridge Investments is seeking to raise $500 million in total eq
