Bridge Investment Group Partners has held a final close of $400 million for its ROC Debt Strategies Fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
The real estate debt fund, which launched in 2014, invests in first mortgage and mezzanine loans on multifamily, office and senior living assets.
In December 2015, the fund closed on Freddie Mac K-F12, a $104 million CRE-backed debt investment in a Freddie Mac multifamily securitized loan pool.
