Los Angeles–based Brasa Capital Management has secured $260 million for its Brasa Real Estate Fund II, a year after opening to investors.
According to a filing with the SEC, the fund has attracted capital from 57 investors. A fundraising target was not disclosed; however, Brasa’s first fund in the series held its final close with $120 million in capital commitments, against a $100 million target, in 2019.
Brasa Capital focuses on middle-market commercial real estate opportunities throughout the western United States and Texas. The firm targets transactions across the capital stack requiring $5 million to $25 million of equity.
