Denver-based Bow River Capital Partners is closing in on the fundraising target for its latest real estate fund, Bow River Capital Real Estate Fund III, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
The opportunistic fund has secured more than $354 million in commitments, against a target of $400 million, since its launch in June.
The filing notes that 402 investors have backed the investment vehicle, which will invest in light industrial and multifamily assets in the United States.
