Maya Savelkoul has been named director, Dutch impact investments at Bouwinvest and will oversee the launch of the firm’s Bouwinvest Community Impact Fund.
The fund’s main goal is to create sustainable real estate that also has a positive social impact by improving community wellbeing through affordable, suitable and healthy (care) homes and public amenities. Bouwinvest works with roadmaps that outline how and when each building can achieve that goal.
