Bouwinvest has appointed Jeroen Reijnoudt as head of Dutch transaction management and development.
In his new role, Reijnoudt will have final responsibility for the entire transaction management process, from sourcing to delivery, development and redevelopment and the sale of Dutch real estate.
Prior to this appointment, he was principal portfolio manager at asset management firm MN Services NV, where he was responsible for the development and management of real estate portfolios in North America, Europe and the Netherlands. In Europe, Reijnoudt was also involved in the creation of several large open-end residential real estate funds. In the Netherlands, Reijnoudt was closely involved in the founding of real estate manager NLV. He also has many years of experience with large project developers and land management companies.
