Boris van der Gijp has been appointed as director of real estate at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance with immediate effect.
He succeeds Nicole Maarsen, who recently left the company.
Van der Gijp has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate domain. He joined Syntrus Achmea in 2012 and was director of commercial real estate from 2018. He was closely involved in developing the strategy and priorities of the real estate business for the next few years. His appointment is expected to ensure continuity at the firm.
