Pan-European industrial real estate investment manager Boreal IM has announced three promotions. Neehar Pattni and William Preece have been promoted to principal from vice president within the asset management team, and Corina Mihaila has been promoted to associate, finance.
Pattni joined Boreal in 2022 after seven years at Blackstone. He supports asset management across all of Boreal’s €2 billion ($2.3 billion) portfolio, with a focus on analytics. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience, including prior roles at IPD/MSCI, Invesco and Starwood.
Preece leads asset management for Boreal’s U.K. and German portfolio, which has assets totaling 490,000 square meters (5.3 million square feet). He joined Boreal in 2023 and brings 13 years of experience, with previous roles at Canmoor, CBRE and JLL.
Mihaila joined Boreal from Michelin in January 2022 and supports the firm’s financial management function.
