BNP Paribas REIM acquires 88,000sqm logistics park in Italy

BNP Paribas REIM has acquired a new 88,000-square-meter (947,224-square-foot) logistics park in Vigasio, a province of Verona, Italy. Dils acted as commercial advisor in the sale, and financial terms were not disclosed.

The logistics hub is divided into two buildings. The first consists of 56,000 square meters (602,779 square feet) and was completed in fourth quarter 2022. The second building consists of 32,000 square meters (344,445 square feet) and was completed in first quarter 2023. Both buildings will be LEED Gold certified.

The deal points to the renewed interest of international investors in large-core logistics assets with good access to in main motorway corridors.
